    • Developed an information sharing and simple-administration system to manage: meeting minutes, action items and issue logging from multiple locations for the GTE Transition Team which is located in both Texas and Stamford.
    • Rewrote and enhanced the now Official Company-wide Job Posting Bulletin System. Utilizing Cold Fusion 2.0, Netscape JavaScript and Microsoft Access 7. Enhance the database with self-administration features, faster access to data, enhanced security features for Human Resource Staff and clickable geographical maps for easier navigation. Also implemented direct feeds to the Internet based job posting system as well as several other business legacy systems, thus providing a true center for posting jobs.
    • Created a seamless Resume Builder Component that works directly with the Job Posting System and always storage of employee resumes into core database. Also provides several professional layouts and previews for printing purposes.
    • Created and installed a full-featured Phone Directory search web application. Utilizing WebDBC 2.5 and Microsoft Access 7, was able to create a directory search program with: literal searches, wildcard searches, Department and Function listing with links to department personnel, hierarchical manager searches and many other key features needed to search a directory easily and effectively.
    • Created and designed the GTE Take Our Daughters to Work Day project and web pages. Two different versions of the pages were posted one internally and one external. The external page contained less personal information from the participants.
    • Created and maintained a Video Tape Library Folio Infobase database search site utilizing the Folio web server and Development toolkit.
    • Created and managed full site searching features utilizing Verity Search engine. Provided individual site directory searches as well as cumulative site searching features for all documents on the server.
    • Maintained and customized a Pointcast I-Server with a GTE Corporate Channel using Windows NT 4.0, IIS 3.0 and Front Page 97. Also, maintained a newsletter from data received from Pointcast.
